In designing a more accessible future for social interactions, my peers and I sought to create an innovative solution for individuals with social anxiety and introversion. Our goal was to help individuals that struggle with socializing practice and improve their conversational skills. Through collaborative brainstorming, we conceived an AI "chatbot" named Gabbi that aids users in developing conversational skills by engaging in dialogue and live transcribing real-life phone calls and text messages.
The team developed a comprehensive platform allowing users to customize Gabbi's features and teaching style, designed a unique packaging system for delivery, and created an informative commercial highlighting Gabbi's capabilities and customization options.

The User Journey
As a piece of supplemental research, we established a persona that would go through a specific scenario to determine any positive or negative touch points that we could address in the Gabbi commerical or Gabbi web platform.
Gabbi Web Platform
The Gabbi web platform is a place where you customize & purchase your Gabbi chatbot. You give the system some basic information, customize your Gabbi's features, take a personality test to determine its teaching style, and check out and your Gabbi will be shipped to you! the process.

Gabbi Visual Identity
The Gabbi visual identity is intended to have a techy, yet approachable and friendly appearance. The color palette has soothing shades like green, blue, purple, and pink. The typeface choices, Finalsix and Pixer, reinforce that techy vibe. The sparkles are a prominent graphic element due to them being a symbol of artificial intelligence. The expression sheet and character turnaround create consistency within Gabbi's character design throughout all deliverables.
